Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential plumbing service and repair
Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Work closely with the service department to provide timely and accurate service following company standards and procedures
Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems
Identify and communicate plumbing issues with customers
Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job
Document work performed by following company procedures
Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
