Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a service plumber or plumbing apprentice
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
- Willingness to learn new plumbing methods and technologies
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Work closely with customers to determine the best plumbing solutions
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing, drains, and fixtures
- Charge and collect payments for work performed according to company policies
- Accurately document work performed in ServiceTitan (including photos and job descriptions)
- Maintain service vehicle and present a clean, professional appearance
- Provide excellent customer service and educate homeowners on system maintenance
