Requirements

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of plumbing issues.
A professional appearance and demeanor in all customer interactions.
Your own hand tools; specialized tools will be provided.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or GED equivalent (vocational or community college coursework in plumbing preferred).
At least 4 years of experience in the plumbing service trade.
Ability to acquire South Dakota and Sioux Falls Journeyman plumbing licenses.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of boiler control and operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Performing dispatched service calls to address plumbing issues for residential and commercial clients.
Troubleshooting and repairing piping systems and plumbing equipment.
Documenting job details electronically using company-provided technology.
Restocking and maintaining your service truck in an organized and safe manner.
Promoting company services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Contributing to team safety and improvement through teamwork and cooperation.
