What You’ll Do Perform residential plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, repairs, and replacements Present and explain options to customers (we love techs who can educate and sell with integrity) Install water heaters, faucets, toilets, disposals, water filtration, and other residential fixtures Accurately complete paperwork, records, and ServiceTitan entries Maintain a clean truck, professional appearance, and great customer service Participate in on-call rotation Requirements Qualifications for our next Service Plumber: Valid plumbing license preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of plumbing experience (residential and commercial). Knowledge of HVAC systems a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
