Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 75 pounds).
  • Willingness to learn and a strong interest in plumbing.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to follow directions as given, written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and capability with tools and equipment.
  • Active listener with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other teammates.
  • Ability to evaluate a situation and determine the appropriate level of response needed.
  • Ability to successfully work in a multi-tasking environment with constantly changing priorities.
  • Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings.
  • Washington State Plumbers License or an active trainee card.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience using Service Titan software preferred.
  • Experience working with plumbing products and supplies desired.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside experienced plumbers to learn plumbing techniques and practices.
  • Assist with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Gain knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Develop proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Build problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Gather and document information.
  • Keep work truck and job site well organized.
  • Comply with all safety rules.
  • Other duties as needed.
