About The Position

Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. This position offers full-time, year-round work with multiple day/shift options to discuss and choose from. The pay ranges from $60,000 to $100,000+, which includes hourly pay plus commission opportunities. A sign-on bonus of up to $5000 is available based on experience and interview performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Water heater replacement experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces or tight areas.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including water heaters, sewer mains, water service lines, drain systems, and fresh water re-pipes.
• Deliver excellent service while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
