Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation methods
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and dispatch
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented mindset with leadership potential
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems in residential homes
- Perform service calls for leaks, clogs, fixture repairs, water heaters, softeners, and more
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about solutions and options
- Offer upgrades and system improvements when appropriate
- Occasionally assist with or complete minor installations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and vehicle
- Ensure safety for yourself, your team, and the customer’s home
- Accurately document work performed and materials used
