POSITION SUMMARY The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing residential and commercial plumbing systems while delivering a five-star customer experience. This role requires strong technical skills, clear communication, and the ability to educate customers on solutions that protect their home and improve system performance.

Requirements

2+ years plumbing service experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to use tablets/field software for job documentation

Nice To Haves

Experience with flat-rate pricing preferred

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (leaks, fixtures, water heaters, drains, etc.)
Install and replace water heaters (tank & tankless)
Perform system inspections and maintenance
Provide repair and replacement options to customers
Maintain clean, organized company vehicle
Complete all job notes, photos, and documentation accurately
Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
Follow safety procedures and company standards

Identify opportunities for system upgrades when appropriate (water filtration, tankless, etc.)
