Overview The Plumbing Service Technician I is responsible for performing small plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, assist with equipment replacements, and pipe installation.

Requirements

5+ years' experience as a Service Plumber
Experience with operating sewer machines
Experience with operating hydro jetting equipment.
Experience with operating sewer cameras and identifying possible drainage problems.
Experience with pipe installation and equipment replacement.
Basic knowledge of HVAC operation.
Basic electrical safety.
Acceptable driving record.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 30 Certification.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and clearing of sewer/storm piping.
Emergency response to after-hour plumbing calls.
Video camera inspections to properly diagnose problems and assess the situation appropriately.
Hydro jetting procedures to clean, clear, and maintain sewer/storm piping.
Assists service plumbers with installations and repairs.
Schedules HVAC maintenance and cleaning.
