Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate solutions and close service-related sales
- Valid Indiana driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
Nice To Haves
- Plumbing license preferred (or currently pursuing licensure).
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on water heaters, softeners, fixtures, and piping systems
- Provide clear repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Prepare accurate quotes for service and installation work
- Offer financing options when appropriate
- Use company-provided tools to document and manage service calls
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service, as required
- Represent Summers with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
