About the Role Michael Bonsby HVAC is looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead and support our plumbing service operations across Maryland and Virginia. This role is responsible for overseeing daily service activities, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards are consistently met, and supporting the growth and development of the plumbing service team.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repair best practices
• Previous experience managing or leading plumbing service teams
• Working knowledge of service management software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Plumbing Service Technicians
• Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficiency and quality
• Ensure all work meets company safety standards, local codes, and customer expectations
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and customer concerns
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to drive productivity and profitability
• Maintain fleet, tools, and equipment standards across the plumbing service team
• Participate in training, meetings, and company events
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of plumbing technicians
