About The Position
We're seeking a seasoned Plumbing Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets. You'll be the face of our plumbing services-consulting with homeowners, property managers, and contractors to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing sales or related technical trades
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to draft clear, professional proposals
- Valid driver's license (company van provided)
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess plumbing needs
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and scopes of work
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with field technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track leads, follow-ups, and job progress using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
