This role is not a technician job; it is focused on sales. You will meet with homeowners, identify their plumbing needs, and present trustworthy solutions. Our expert installation team will handle the technical work, allowing you to concentrate on closing deals and helping people.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in plumbing sales
  • Proven Sales Performance: You’ve sold $1M+ per year
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: You know how to listen, earn trust, and close without pressure
  • Highly Motivated: You thrive in fast-paced, commission-based environments
