About The Position

As an Outside Plumbing Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by providing plumbing system improvement solutions to homeowners. You will conduct in-home inspections, assess customer needs, and deliver compelling presentations to help homeowners make informed decisions. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset. You must be comfortable working in residential environments, in and under cabinets, attic spaces and crawlspaces.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record & background check.
Comfortable getting into crawlspaces, climbing ladders, and accessing attics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Ability to use CRM software, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams.
Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Nice To Haves

In-home sales or home improvement sales experience (plumbing experience is strongly preferred but not required. Ideal candidate will have a PL01 or PL02, but again is not required if you are the right person this is a perform no work position)

Responsibilities

Follow up on company-provided leads, complete bids, and close sales.
Conduct multiple in-home plumbing inspections daily.
Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation process.
Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners.
Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions.
Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed.
Adhere to company sales processes and best practices.
