About The Position

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is hiring Plumbing Sales Advisors to assist homeowners in making informed, confident decisions about their plumbing needs. Don’t worry if you’re new to plumbing or sales—we provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success. You’ll visit pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!) to perform simple inspections, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions such as water heaters, water filtration systems, or tankless systems.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident personality
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to work independently and manage a daily schedule
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

• Travel to scheduled appointments set by our office (no cold leads)
• Conduct basic plumbing inspections using our digital checklist.
• Communicate findings and present service options.
• Build rapport, answer questions, and guide customers to the right solutions.
• Work closely with our installation team for seamless service.
