Requirements

Basic knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems, codes, safety procedures
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new processes and techniques
Must pass a motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen
Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability
Physical dexterity

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the plumbing department to ensure efficient operations.
Assist in packing, sorting, and collecting plumbing tools and equipment required for each job.
Perform cutting and opening of walls and structures to facilitate job completion as needed.
Work alongside the lead installer on plumbing installations and repairs in customers' homes.
Utilize trade software, such as Service Titan, to track repairs and completed work accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing codes and standards to ensure compliance.
Uphold professional conduct and appearance in all working environments.
Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
