The Plumbing Project Manager will oversee plumbing projects for a well-established local plumbing contractor, ensuring effective management of project schedules, budgets, and materials. This role requires a strong understanding of the plumbing industry and offers opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and innovative work environment.

  • Manage project schedules and budgets for plumbing projects.
  • Oversee the purchasing of materials and cost of goods.
  • Review and maintain all RFIs, submittals, substitution requests, and change proposals.
  • Ensure precision in project documentation including purchase orders and invoices.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • 5+ years of experience in Plumbing Project Management.
  • Minimum Plumbing Journeyman License required.
  • Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills with attention to detail.
  • Stable work history.
  • Gas certifications preferred.
