About The Position
We’re hiring a Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial plumbing projects from bid through completion. This role combines estimating accuracy with hands-on project coordination and field oversight.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial plumbing project management and estimating
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Proven scheduling, budgeting, and coordination skills
- Clear communication with field teams, vendors, and clients
Responsibilities
- Prepare plumbing estimates, takeoffs, and proposals
- Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and schedules
- Track budgets, change orders, and overall project costs
- Review drawings, specs, and scopes to ensure accurate execution
