As a Plumbing Project Estimation Advisor, each day brings fresh challenges, opportunities to shine, and the chance to make a real difference. You play a key role in evaluating projects, preparing accurate cost estimates, and developing professional proposals that support both residential and commercial jobs. Your work ensures all bids are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company standards, making you an essential part of the sales and operations team. Your day as an estimator often begins by reviewing job specifications and analyzing blueprints, project plans, and site conditions to develop precise and detailed estimates. You collaborate closely with clients, service and field managers, and the owner to build pricing strategies that drive both profitability and customer satisfaction. You also work with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing, stay current on plumbing codes and industry trends, and maintain organized documentation for every project. Whether you're visiting job sites, fine-tuning proposals, or contributing to bid strategies, you're constantly problem-solving, building relationships, and helping bring projects to life with accuracy and confidence.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3–5 years of experience in plumbing estimating, construction, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
  • Proficiency in estimating software (i.e., Housecall Pro) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • We also conduct pre-employment drug testing

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
