Join our team and enjoy the rewards. Job Description: The Plumbing Pipe-fitter / Pipe welder performs installation and repair duties in commercial or public buildings.

Requirements

• Five years experience in the piping field.
• Must have essential hand tools expected for trade.
• Dependable and a team player.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Must be able to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and may be required to satisfactorily complete additional background checks as required (i.e. DMV, criminal history).

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and repair duties in commercial or public buildings.
• Read and interpret drawings and P&ID schematics.
• Work independently and as a team member.
• Prepare large bore weld pipe.
• Knowledgeable of all fitting take-outs for screw and weld fittings.
• Work with carbon steel piping, stainless steel piping, stainless steel tubing, PVC, Copper, and weld pipe.
