Requirements

• Master Plumber Plumbing License
• 10 years of broad plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on profit centers and trends
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience in code compliance, safety, and quality control
• Ability to take decisive action and work collaboratively to reach solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman Plumber certification
• Experience in estimating plumbing jobs
• Strong coaching and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and train a team of service professionals.
• Develop a winning team and improve performance.
• Control and manage daily activities of the plumbing division.
• Responsible for revenue generation strategies.
• Provide troubleshooting support for plumbing issues.
• Participate in recruiting and hiring top-notch plumbers.
• Analyze and control labor costs on installation jobs to assure favorable profit margins.
• Control average ticket prices on services rendered to assure favorable profit margins.
• Assist the company in its strategy to secure more high-valued services.
