Plumbing Maintenance Technician (Residential & Commercial )
About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Residential and commercial maintenance technician to support the ongoing upkeep of residential plumbing systems. This role combines hands-on plumbing maintenance with customer interaction and light sales responsibilities. You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system checks while identifying opportunities to recommend necessary repairs, solutions, or upgrades to homeowners. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in plumbing maintenance, is comfortable interacting with customers, and has some exposure to sales within home services.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of residential plumbing experience, preferably in service or maintenance.
- Basic plumbing troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take feedback.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to residential job sites.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine plumbing maintenance and inspections in residential properties
- Check, service, and maintain water heaters.
- Assist with sewer maintenance, including sewer camera inspections. (where required)
- Identify plumbing issues early and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades
- Educate homeowners on maintenance needs and service options
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally
- Support basic sales activities by identifying service and repair opportunities.
