What You Will Do: Perform routine maintenance on residential plumbing systems, including inspections, leak detection, and preventative repairs. Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions to customers. Maintain and repair water heaters, faucets, drains, and other plumbing fixtures. Ensure compliance with all safety and industry standards. Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to homeowners. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and completed tasks. Collaborate with team members to support service operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Plumbing certification or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repair.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
  • Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
  • Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
