Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Plumbing Installer or similar role in residential plumbing.
  • Plumbing certification or equivalent trade school experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, fixture installations, and pipe assembly.
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar software is a plus.
  • Ability to perform accurate installations while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Ability to collaborate with other trades and work efficiently in a team setting.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Residential Plumbing Installations - Install plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances in new and existing homes.
  • Water Heater & Tank Installations - Set up and connect traditional and tankless water heaters, ensuring proper operation and efficiency.
  • Fixture Installations - Install sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs, showers, and garbage disposals with precision and care.
  • Piping & Soldering - Cut, measure, and assemble pipes using various materials, including PEX, PVC, and copper.
  • Code Compliance & Safety - Ensure all plumbing installations meet local codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
  • Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation - Read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Collaboration with Other Trades - Work closely with HVAC technicians, electricians, and general contractors to complete installations efficiently.
  • Testing & Inspection - Perform system tests to check for leaks, water pressure issues, and proper drainage flow.
  • Customer Interaction - Maintain professionalism when communicating with homeowners, answering questions, and explaining system functions.
  • Service Documentation - Accurately complete work orders and job reports using Service Titan or similar trade software.
