The Plumbing Installer is responsible for overseeing residential plumbing installation projects, delivering high-quality workmanship, leading installation teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting all safety and code requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be 24 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • An Idaho plumbing license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience (experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and codes
  • Proven ability to lead a team with minimal supervision
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environmental conditions

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience (experience preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Install residential plumbing systems including water heaters, filtration systems, piping, and fixtures
  • Lead and mentor installers and apprentices to ensure jobs are completed correctly and efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members
  • Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and federal plumbing codes
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high craftsmanship standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
  • Train and support apprentices and junior installers
  • Participate in ongoing training and certifications to stay current with industry best practices
