Requirements

3–5 years of experience in residential and light commercial plumbing installations, including water heaters, sewer lines, and remodels
Proficiency with Service Titan or similar service management software
Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and complete plumbing installation tasks effectively
Valid driver’s license
Commitment to upholding values of integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

Perform installations of water heaters (tank and tankless), sewer lines, and plumbing remodels for residential and light commercial properties
Diagnose plumbing installation requirements and provide effective solutions for customers
Utilize Service Titan to manage service calls, schedules, and customer information efficiently
Collaborate with the office team and fellow technicians for smooth communication
Uphold our standards of quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service
Provide accurate estimates and recommendations to customers based on installation needs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
