About The Position

As a Plumbing & Installation Technician at Hall's Culligan Water, you will be responsible for the installation and servicing of water treatment products and systems for both commercial and residential customers. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. You will interact with customers, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure compliance with safety protocols while working in various environments.

Requirements

• Must maintain a valid Driver's License.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to successfully pass a driving record check.
• Must be able to safely operate a commercial vehicle for approximately 8-10 hours daily.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening checks.
• Must remain physically capable of performing the duties required of this position.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with automotive diagnostics.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power tools.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install and service products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Communicate effectively to explain installation processes and answer questions.
• Provide technical support to customers during and after installations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of installed products and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and troubleshooting steps.
• Operate service vehicles safely and adhere to safe driver policies.
