Requirements

3+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience , showcasing strong technical skills and industry knowledge.
Exceptional communication skills combined with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record .

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with ServiceTitan (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

Plumbing Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, toilets, faucets, sinks, and piping.
Fixture & System Setup: Accurately connect water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures to ensure proper function and compliance with local codes.
Project Coordination: Work closely with team members to plan and execute plumbing installations that meet safety standards and exceed customer expectations.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently, ensuring long-term reliability and customer satisfaction.
Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, explaining work performed and answering questions to build trust and confidence.
