Requirements
- 1+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
- Must be 21 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
- Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
Nice To Haves
- Service Titan knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
- Pre-measure job sites and ensure accurate prep for clean, on-time installs.
- Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance.
- Document your work in our trade software, Service Titan, to keep your day running smooth.
- Pursue certifications if needed - we want to invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
- Own your route and represent Champion with professionalism.
