Septic installation background and CDL are big pluses!

Requirements

• 5+ years coaching/leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency
• Top-tier communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational & time management
• Working knowledge of Excel, scheduling tools, and job tracking software
• Experience in construction or excavation is required

Nice To Haves

• CDL & septic or plumbing experience
