Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of plumbing installation experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business goals
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate plumbing installation projects, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and within budget
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the installation team, ensuring work meets industry standards and company expectations
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure materials and equipment are available and in good condition for installations
• Conduct regular safety training and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
• Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer satisfaction within the installation team
