As a Lead Install Plumber, you’ll be the face of the company, delivering exceptional service to our residential clients. Here’s what your day will look like: CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Greet customers with professionalism and build strong relationships. PROBLEM-SOLVING: Provide clear, accurate information and smart solutions. PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS & REPAIRS: Work on sanitary sewer lines, kitchen and bath drain lines, and more. EXTERIOR EXCAVATION: Perform digging with hand tools and excavators. PROMOTE OUR BRAND: Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our stellar reputation. PHYSICAL TASKS: Lift up to 50lbs and perform various other physical tasks as needed.
Requirements
- AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
- PROFESSIONALISM: Strong communication skills and customer rapport.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Passionate about delivering great service and building lasting relationships.
- ENERGY & MOTIVATION: Ready to tackle new challenges and succeed.
- PHYSICAL ABILITY: Lift up to 75lbs regularly.
- LICENSE: Valid driver’s license and Journeyman License required.
