About The Position

AS A LEAD INSTALL PLUMBER, YOU’LL BE THE FACE OF THE COMPANY, DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TO OUR RESIDENTIAL CLIENTS. HERE’S WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE: CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Greet customers with professionalism and build strong relationships. PROBLEM-SOLVING: Provide clear, accurate information and smart solutions. PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS & REPAIRS: Work on sanitary sewer lines, kitchen and bath drain lines, and more. EXTERIOR EXCAVATION: Perform digging with hand tools and excavators. PROMOTE OUR BRAND: Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our stellar reputation. PHYSICAL TASKS: Lift up to 50lbs and perform various other physical tasks as needed. Acree has been in business since 1967 (over 50 years!). Requirements

QUALITY PLUMBING! Great experience!
AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
PROFESSIONALISM: Strong communication skills and customer rapport.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Passionate about delivering great service and building lasting relationships.
ENERGY & MOTIVATION: Ready to tackle new challenges and succeed.
PHYSICAL ABILITY: Lift up to 75lbs regularly.
LICENSE: Valid driver’s license required.
Valid Driver’s License required
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and driving record review
Must have your own Hand Tools
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
Good communication skills
Ability to regularly lift/move 10–50 lbs and occasionally 100+ lbs
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
Plan, install, and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment, and controls. These piping systems may be used to transport water, waste, gases, or hot liquids.
Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures, and equipment
Assemble and install valves and fittings
Install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping, and controls
Install, repair, and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems
Install, repair, and maintain sinks, tubs, and toilets
Install, repair, and maintain water heaters and conditioners
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances, and trim
Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks
Apply all codes to installations, repairs, and maintenance
Ensure all requirements as specified by the manufacturer of systems and fixtures are met
Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded
Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes
Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet environmental protection requirements
