Requirements
- 3-5 years’ plumbing experience
- Ability to work independently and self-manage
- Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities
- General sales skills and aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with technology
Responsibilities
- Perform Repipes and Redrains to homes using all types of materials and techniques
- Installation of Water Heaters, Tankless Water Heaters, Water Softeners, Fixtures and Toilets.
- Repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Prepare cost estimates
- Collect payment for services rendered when required
- Follow through on job problems and communicate issues with Dispatch
- Keep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricing
- Attend training classes and seminars to maintain expertise in the field
- On call rotations
