This role is ideal for an experienced apprentice who can install basic fixtures independently and wants to grow by supporting our licensed plumbers on larger residential projects. Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of residential plumbing experience (apprentice or higher level)
  • Ability to install toilets and common fixtures without supervision
  • Familiarity with PEX, PVC/ABS, copper, and basic DWV layout
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn advanced install skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Fixture & Basic Installations (Solo Work)
  • Install toilets, faucets, sinks, disposals, and other standard fixtures independently
  • Perform basic water line and drain tie‑ins under supervision
  • Complete finish‑work tasks with a clean, professional appearance
  • Support on Larger Jobs
  • Assist lead plumbers with rough‑ins, repipes, water heater installs, and remodel projects
  • Handle material runs, staging, and jobsite prep
  • Set fixtures, assemble piping, and help with testing and inspections
  • Work as part of a coordinated team on multi‑day or complex installs
  • General Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area
  • Communicate clearly with the team and follow direction
  • Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and customer respect
  • Learn and grow toward more advanced installation responsibilities
