About The Position

The Plumbing Install Expert at Harts Services is responsible for laying out and repairing plumbing systems while ensuring customer satisfaction during installations. This full-time role involves evaluating customer plumbing needs, developing action plans, and completing installations on time and within budget. The position requires collaboration with various team members to provide an optimal customer experience and includes some overtime work.

Requirements

• PL01 or PL02 License Required
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer plumbing installation needs and develop a plan of action based on agreed-upon estimates.
• Present installation plans to customers using the Harts service process.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of the installation process for customers.
• Complete plumbing and related in-home installations efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with install coordinators, dispatch, install managers, and sales experts to enhance customer experience.
• Provide education and guidance to apprentices as needed.
• Maintain assigned vehicle in a clean and safe condition.
