About The Position

Ready to take the lead on residential and light commercial plumbing installation projects? We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled Plumber ready to manage and execute complex installations from start to finish. If you thrive on technical challenges, maintain high quality, and can effectively lead a team, join us! In your role as the Plumbing Install Crew Lead, you will be responsible for the execution, quality, and timely completion of all assigned installation projects. You will act as the working Foreman, guiding the crew, coordinating with supervisors, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional results on every job.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of dedicated plumbing installation experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proven ability to manage all phases of plumbing system installations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage a crew and resolve on-site issues.
  • Knowledge of all local plumbing codes is required.
  • Able to work independently, manage a team, and meet physical demands associated with construction and installation work.

Nice To Haves

  • A valid Journeyman Plumber License.
  • Experience with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Safety Knowledge.
  • OSHA-10 certification.
  • CDL Class A with endorsement (to potentially transport large equipment or materials).
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for communication and job documentation; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute all aspects of plumbing installations, including new construction, remodels, and system replacements for residential and light commercial projects.
  • Serve as the working Crew Lead/Foreman, directing the activities of the installation crew, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager and supervisors on scheduling, materials, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure all installations strictly comply with local and state plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain a proactive focus on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety knowledge, ensuring the crew adheres to all job site safety protocols, including the preferred OSHA-10 standards.
  • Complete and manage all necessary installation paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Utilize mobile technology for job management; ServiceTitan experience is a strong plus.
  • Provide technical training and mentorship to less experienced crew members.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while interacting with clients, inspectors, and other trade personnel.
