About The Position

You believe in the power of a good process, and you love helping people. You want a job that lets you do what you do best! How would you like to be our Plumbing Install Coordinator? Your Role As Plumbing Install Coordinator: You’ll approve sold jobs and oversee equipment orders. When we sell a plumbing job, you’ll look over the paperwork and photos to make sure everything in the job sounds right. You’ll also check that the equipment for it is properly ordered. You’ll dispatch the construction crew. Our construction crew stays busy, and you’ll make sure each person gets assigned to the best fitting jobs for them (while keeping their schedule realistic). You’ll step in to assist in permitting as needed. Sometimes, we’ll need extra help applying for permits on county websites, scheduling inspections, and passing inspection information along to management when there are failures. You’ll help with dispatch for the Install Department. When we get busy, we’ll need your help! You’ll use the capacity calendar to assign techs to tickets based on their skills and current location. It’s like a big strategy game! You’ll talk to customers. You’ll let them know about their upcoming appointments, inspections and more. You might also get to be the one who helps them out with questions when they call in! Plumbing installations can be stressful and confusing to a lot of people, but you’ll make sure to find answers to their questions so they feel confident in us and comfortable. Requirements

At least (3) three years of coordination, customer service, and/or administrative experience in a deadline sensitive, fast-paced office environment
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under stress, despite numerous interruptions.
Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in-person, via telephone and in writing.
Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
Ability to work within established deadlines and prioritize multiple assignments
Extreme accuracy and attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Ability to adhere to procedures and processes.
