Your Role As Plumbing Install Coordinator: You’ll approve sold jobs and oversee equipment orders. When we sell a plumbing job, you’ll look over the paperwork and photos to make sure everything in the job sounds right. You’ll also check that the equipment for it is properly ordered. You’ll dispatch the construction crew. Our construction crew stays busy, and you’ll make sure each person gets assigned to the best fitting jobs for them (while keeping their schedule realistic). You’ll step in to assist in permitting as needed. Sometimes, we’ll need extra help applying for permits on county websites, scheduling inspections, and passing inspection information along to management when there are failures. You’ll help with dispatch for the Install Department. When we get busy, we’ll need your help! You’ll use the capacity calendar to assign techs to tickets based on their skills and current location. It’s like a big strategy game! You’ll talk to customers. You’ll let them know about their upcoming appointments, inspections and more. You might also get to be the one who helps them out with questions when they call in! Plumbing installations can be stressful and confusing to a lot of people, but you’ll make sure to find answers to their questions so they feel confident in us and comfortable. You’ve got at least three years of coordination, customer services, and/or administrative experience. You’re no stranger to deadlines, fast-paced office environments, and working with people!
