About The Position

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Plumbing Dispatch / Install Coordinator to manage service scheduling, technician dispatching, and customer communication. This role ensures technicians are efficiently scheduled, service calls are handled promptly, and installations and repairs are coordinated smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous dispatch or scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services strongly preferred.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily dispatch schedule for service technicians and installers.
• Schedule service calls, installs, emergency calls, and training appointments.
• Assign calls based on technician skillset, location, and availability.
• Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide repair quotations and verify warranty eligibility when applicable.
• Create and manage repair and install jobs in ServiceTitan.
• Order parts and coordinate materials needed for repairs and installations.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and service support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service calls.
