About The Position

The Inside Sales position at Consolidated Supply Co. involves representing the company and its products to both current and prospective customers. Requirements

• At least one year of plumbing counter sales or inside sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven background of meeting sales and margin goals and gaining new customers.
• Demonstrates and utilizes quality sales techniques and customer service skills.
• 40 wpm typing speed and good computer software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between branch outside salespeople and customers.
• Utilize sales techniques and customer service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations via phone, email, or in person.
• Write and coordinate customer orders and credits for delivery or will call.
• Provide product specifications and application assistance.
• Provide price quotations and locate specialty products.
