About The Position
Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager in Orange County/Los Angeles Area This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Balance time between office and job site Manage projects from inception to close out, ensuring projects are completed safely, on-time, and under budget Coordinate with building owners, general contractor, sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers, superintendents, and internal Sr-leadership/Project Management team Manage schedules, budgets, change-orders, submit RFI’s Requirements: Currently work for a large commercial mechanical (hvac or plumbing) construction company working on plan-spec, design-build, design-bid-build projects, among others Large commercial project experience working on schools, hospitals, airports, highrises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, commercial buildings, among others Plumbing, Pipefitting, or Sheet Metal Apprenticeship, Journeyman Program Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or Construction Management Software knowledge: OST (Quickpen/Trimble Accubid, Viewpoint, Quotesoft, or others), BlueBeam/Adobe, MS Project/Primavera, Procore, among others Local and stable work-history
Requirements
