Plumbing/HVAC Apprentice
About The Position
Basnett Plumbing and Heating in Littleton has openings for Apprentices who would like to develop careers either in HVAC or/and Plumbing trade. Position Summary: To train directly under a licensed plumber/service technician with the goal of becoming a technician. Skills developed will be plumbing, maintenance of HVAC systems, troubleshooting of HVAC systems and boilers, and various other pipe repairs.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to lift 80lb+, access crawlspace and attics, use ladders
- Must have common sense
- Must have mechanical aptitude
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in HVAC and/or plumbing preferred but not necessary
- Completion of a trade school is preferred (HVAC or plumbing)
Responsibilities
- To train directly under a licensed plumber/service technician with the goal of becoming a technician.

- Skills developed will be various other pipe repairs.
