About The Position
The Plumbing Department is responsible for technical and inspection work related to the enforcement and interpretation of the Massachusetts State Plumbing & Gas codes relative to residential, commercial, and industrial building construction and renovation. The position requires compliance with laws for plumbing and gas safety. The individual must be technically qualified to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings, and must also have the ability to interact with the public in a professional and responsible manner.
