About The Position

Plumbing Foreman- (New Construction) Ken Neyer Plumbing | Cincinnati, OH Ken Neyer Plumbing is hiring experienced Plumbing Foremen to join our New Construction Plumbing team. With 50+ years serving the Greater Cincinnati market, we’ve built a reputation for quality work, strong leadership, and a team culture that values skilled tradespeople. If you’re a proven foreman who can lead crews, run job sites, and deliver high-quality installs on schedule we want to talk. What You’ll Do As a Plumbing Foreman, you will lead new construction plumbing projects from layout through completion by: Reviewing blueprints and project plans to understand system requirements and job scope Planning jobsite workflow, creating schedules, and assigning tasks based on skill level and production needs Overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems including piping, fixtures, drains, and sewage lines. Ensuring all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations Leading and motivating a crew of plumbers and apprentices; providing hands-on coaching and mentorship Identifying and addressing jobsite issues early to prevent delays, rework, or material shortages Communicating clearly with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and customers on progress and next steps Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong new construction plumbing experience with the ability to lead a crew and run a job site Ability to read plans, layout systems, and manage production expectations Knowledge of code requirements and commitment to safe, quality workmanship Leadership mindset: dependable, accountable, and able to coach others Strong communication and organization skills What we Offer Foremen choose Ken Neyer because we provide stable work, support in the field, and a company that respects skilled leadership.
