Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Evaluate service performance and conduct necessary corrective actions.
  • Work with the Service Manager to interview, hire, coach, counsel, discipline, and train field technicians.
  • Create and execute new hire orientation for all field technicians.
  • Review and oversee new hire and ongoing training for field technicians.
  • Conduct ride-alongs with field technicians to identify improvement areas and provide coaching.
  • Ensure technicians understand and execute three-point customer contact for service calls.
  • Maintain and review all call-backs on maintenance and service calls.
  • Run call backs with original technicians as needed to identify issues and provide solutions.
  • Regularly update the Service Manager on training, customer service, and personnel matters.
