Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Licensed Master or Journeyman Plumber certification (Required)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing service management (Required)
Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the plumbing service department.
Supervise and support plumbing technicians in service and repair work.
