About The Position

At J.R. Snider, we don’t need supervisors who sit behind a desk and manage from spreadsheets. We need leaders—the kind who set the tone in the field, protect the standard, and develop technicians the right way. As a Plumbing Field Supervisor, you are responsible for one thing above all else: building a strong, accountable team that delivers exceptional work and treats customers right—every time. If you’re comfortable with high expectations, honest conversations, and real ownership, this role was built for you. J.R. Snider is a family-owned plumbing and water treatment company that has served Northern Virginia for 35+ years. We’ve built our reputation without shortcuts, private equity pressure, or flashy gimmicks. We grow by doing the work right—and by living our CARE values every day: Curiosity – Ask questions. Coach with intention. Never stop improving. Ambition – Raise standards and push your team to be better than yesterday. Responsibility – Own results. Own mistakes. Fix problems. Empathy – Lead people like humans, not numbers. As a Field Supervisor here, you’ll have real authority, real accountability, and real support from leadership that understands the field because they came from it. This is a working leadership role, not a title.
