About The Position

Requirements

• 4+ years of plumbing estimating / project management experience.
• Master or Journeyman Plumber License is a plus.
• Experience with a diverse project portfolio.
• Proficiency in estimating plumbing project costs, crafting cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, researching materials, reading blueprints, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and project specifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration.
• Organizational skills to maintain well-organized records of completed estimates.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly analyze project requirements and collaborate with sales teams and Project Managers to provide accurate estimates for plumbing projects.
• Apply expertise to commercial projects, showcasing adaptability in plumbing estimating and project management.
• Create detailed project cost estimates, review project plans and specifications, research products and materials, interpret blueprints, evaluate bids, and develop compelling proposals.
• Manage projects of varying complexities with precision and attention to detail in estimates.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and innovations to remain competitive.
• Understand plumbing codes and specifications that may impact each project, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
• Maintain well-organized records of all completed estimates in an accessible repository.
