About The Position

The CAD/Revit Designer will utilize computer-aided design software to create technical drawings for the plumbing installation of commercial projects per the direction of the Construction Department Managers. The Designer will create construction design documents that incorporate specifications, methods, and codes, in compliment with other plans (e.g., electrical, HVAC, fire, etc.) and with input of professionals and field personnel involved with the project.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience with CAD/REVIT.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

Responsibilities

• Utilize computer-aided design software to create technical drawings for plumbing installation.
• Create construction design documents incorporating specifications, methods, and codes.
• Collaborate with professionals and field personnel to ensure project accuracy.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with other plans such as electrical, HVAC, and fire.
