About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Plumbing & Drains Project Manager to oversee installation operations across our residential plumbing & drain services. This role is critical to our success. You’ll be responsible for managing projects, resources, and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. You’ll operate with a high level of independence, making decisions that directly impact efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, dispatch, or operations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with confidence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Oversee plumbing installation projects from scheduling through completion
  • Coordinate across sales, service, warehouse, dispatch, and vendors
  • Identify and resolve delays, risks, and operational challenges
  • Improve workflows and processes to increase efficiency
  • Schedule and dispatch installers based on job scope and resource availability
  • Confirm installation details and expectations with customers
  • Adjust schedules to meet deadlines and service commitments
  • Order and manage equipment, materials, and job resources
  • Coordinate with vendors on lead times, availability, warranties, and returns
  • Ensure field teams are fully equipped for each job
  • Maintain accurate job records, documentation, and reporting
  • Track project costs, expenses, and job progress
  • Support leadership with operational insights and process improvements
  • Serve as a key point of contact for installation scheduling
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Handle scheduling changes, concerns, and communication professionally
  • Maintain quality control through coordination with field team
  • Other duties as assigned by the needs of the company
